Single gals need Valentine’s Day flowers, too

Remember your friends this February 14

Yes, it's more than a month away, but since I know you all are already starting to think about Valentine's Day -- and how could you not, with all the massive, pink in-store displays and huge, sappy hearts starting to pop up everywhere? -- let's get one thing straight. While it's true that the traditional boy will probably roll out of bed on February 14, do a quick search to see if he can find some FTD.com coupons to save him a few bucks on the crazy-expensive stems he's about to splurge on, then hit the "buy" button and pat himself on the back for sending his sweetie the requisite roses, I'm here to tell you that single girls need flowers, too.

It may not be standard fare, but consider adding a few buds for your best gal pals to your Valentine's Day budget this year. Now, don’t get weird -- it doesn't have to be a gigantic vase of red roses. Tulips, carnations and other "friendly" flowers are totally acceptable and can tell someone you're thinking about them without pissing off your significant other or being creepy. And if you order early from sites such as the aforementioned FTD, 1-800-FLOWERS and the like, you can probably even get some good deals on V-day bouquets that will reward you for your rampant generosity!

Share the love this year with Valentine's flowers all around! I promise, all of the special ladies in your life will appreciate the effort!

This is a one stop shop of dating information from head to toe. I just got done printing just about every topic you had. I will have an absolute edge up on the rest of the population on dating. If I do say so myself. Thanks, Hope -- This is great.
